The Early Childhood Collaborative of the Greater Helena Area (ECC) is a collaborative effort of several organizations and individuals to promote systemic change for children age prenatal to eight and their families. The ECC does not provide direct services to children or families but helps coordinate communications and community efforts to promote positive early childhood outcomes.

The pregnancy and parenting programs and services of Lewis and Clark Public Health provide parents with the knowledge and resources they need to make those first years the best they can be.
