A need for deeper connection among moms. It began in June 2025, with a mommy + me camping trip and a small flower party, where women came together simply to connect and feel seen. From there, Whitley started hosting gatherings in her home, welcoming anyone hungry for community and encouragement. What began as a few heartfelt events quickly grew into a thriving Facebook group of over 700 women, all longing for the same kind of authentic connection. In October 2025, BeyondMom officially became a nonprofit, created to expand that mission and continue supporting, connecting, and blessing even more moms in every season of motherhood.

Our vision is to cultivate a world where motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself — where moms are empowered to grow, pursue adventure, build meaningful connection, and confidently become the women they were created to be

Our Community is made up by moms for moms. We are helping our local community by giving our time, love and support to the other moms we see. Together we are building the village we crave, one connection at time.

BeyondMom blesses postpartum moms with meal trains, a personalized newborn care packages, and we have our community media pages for weekly meet ups and more.
We also partner with local businesses to offer our moms new and fun experiences to connect and build friendships.
I’m a 34-year-old first-time mom to my sweet son, Josiah, and the founder of BeyondMom. Before stepping into motherhood, I spent the last six years working as a photographer — capturing stories, connection, and the beauty in everyday moments. I’ve always been drawn to creativity, whether that’s through photography, crafting something by hand, or spending time outdoors where life feels simple and grounding. Adventure, community, and meaningful connection have always been at the center of who I am.
When I became a mom, I quickly realized how beautiful — and at times isolating — this season can be. I loved my new role, but I also felt the ache for connection and the reminder that becoming a mother doesn’t mean losing who you are. Out of that need, BeyondMom was born.
BeyondMom exists because I believe motherhood is only part of our story — not the end of it. It’s a space where moms can find connection, rediscover themselves, and grow alongside one another through shared experiences, adventure, and support.
To the incredible women who have shown up for events, shared your stories, and embraced this vision — thank you. And to the local businesses and partners who believed in this community before it even had a name, your support means the world. I’m so excited for the future of BeyondMom as we continue growing, serving, and building something truly special together.
